Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance

Karachi, Pakistan

A well-established Medical Equipment and Pharmaceutical Company looking for an Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update receivable and earnest money sheets on a daily basis and reconcile with ERP.
  • Follow up via calls and emails with concerned sales personnel/coordinators and maintain a feedback log.
  • Provide weekly updates on recovery positions to the BUH.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with the BUH on recovery-related matters.
  • Calculate incentives for the sales team.
  • Post journal vouchers in ERP.
  • Extract data from ERP and prepare analytical and comparative reports.
  • Prepare annual budgets for all business units.
  • Prepare Actual vs. Budgeted Profit & Loss statements and discuss variances with respective business heads.
  • Provide ERP Tally support (user rights, voucher series, report extraction, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification (CA/ACCA/ICMA/MBA Finance) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong command over ERP systems (preferably Tally/ODOO).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
