Assistant Manager Admin & HR

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asst Manager Admin/HR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have been strong background in accounting and taxation.

Job Title: Asst. Manager Admin/HR

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the relevant field.

Education: BBA/MBA in HR

Key Responsibilities:

  • To Monitor and maintain office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed,
  • To Create, update, and maintain personnel records, financial records, and other records and, Database, payroll (monthly) of all Employees.
  • To Update office policies and procedures
  • To Organize special functions and social events
  • To Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
  • To Assist other departments (such as financial department or HR) with administrative or clerical
  • Support
  • To dealing with security issues of the company
  • To Handle transportation for office staff & Supplies
  • sound knowledge , likewise social security, EOBI, Labor department, and other government agencies etc.
  • To update & implement office policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
