Job Summary
The Assistant Manager Admin & HR (Operations & Project Management) is responsible for managing HR operations, administrative activities, and project-related coordination for ongoing sites. The role ensures smooth execution of manpower planning, site administration, project documentation, and timely communication between project teams and head office.
Keys Responsibilities
1. Project Management Responsibilities
1. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring operational Activities.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and administrative support required for the project site.
- Maintain project documentation including site reports, manpower deployment sheets, checklists, and client communication records.
- Track project timelines, daily progress, and ensure tasks are completed as per schedule.
- Assist senior management in preparing project status reports for clients and management.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site operational performance, identify gaps, and report corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific safety protocols, operational SOPs and HSE Protocols, and client requirements.
- Assist in mobilization and demobilization of employees and equipment at project sites.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain attendance, overtime, shift schedules, and HR records for all site Staff.
- Support payroll preparation by sharing verified manpower and attendance reports.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, training needs, and performance monitoring.
- Prepare Job Descriptions, hiring SOPs, and operational manpower planning documents.
- EOBI, Sessi Records.
- Filling of Disciplinary documents.
3. Administrative Operations
1. Manage site-level administration including uniforms, tools, equipment, PPE, ID cards, and supply distribution.
- Coordinate travel, transport, accommodation, and logistical support for site teams.
- Monitor office and site facility upkeep, including housekeeping, security, utilities, and vendor services.
- Manage inventory control and procurement for operational and project needs.
- Maintain administrative logs, asset registers, and daily/weekly site operation reports.
Skills & Competencies
1. Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of HR & Admin functions, project coordination, and operations management.
- Ability to manage multi-site operations and field teams efficiently.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Handle Staff and Ensure complete attendance.
Qualification & Experience
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 4–7+ years of relevant experience in HR, administration, operations, and project coordination.
- Experience in managing site operations and handling project execution teams is essential.

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
