Assistant Manager Administration

Position Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Administration will support the smooth functioning of daily administrative operations across the campus. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure efficient office management
  • Coordinate with academic and non-academic departments to support institutional activities
  • Manage facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and procurement processes
  • Assist in policy implementation and ensure compliance with organizational standards
  • Supervise administrative staff and support performance management processes
  • Handle logistics for events, meetings, and institutional functions
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in the education sector
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
