Job Purpose

Contacting and engaging prospects to establish a robust pipeline in the respective region. Developing strong relationships with existing clientele to further expand business growth. Working closely with marketing to further develop C&F market needs. Coordinating with operations to deliver sold goods and services to new and existing clients. Researching the market to find new opportunities and achieving yearly sales target results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients.
  • Foster strong relationships in the market; B2B & B2G.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on new and existing clients while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Understand the company’s products and services to provide a consultative sales approach.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and legal teams to develop proposals ensuring adherence to local laws, rules, and guidelines.
  • Maintain client-sensitive records including proposals, contracts, and invoices.
  • Provide constructive customer feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience in Catering, Food & Beverage, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
