Assistant Manager - CAD (Garments)

• Manage and oversee CAD Department for pattern Design, grading, and marker making.
• Ensure all patterns are technically sound, production friendly, and accurate.
• Coordinating with sampling department, Merchandising and production departments.
• Optimize marker efficiency to reduce fabric wastage and increase yield.
• Train and guide junior CAD Designers and pattern masters.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on new product development and sampling.
• Maintain and update pattern libraries and technical data.
