Responsibilities

Assist the Site Finance Controller in preparing reports related to the construction phase.

Invoice verification and NFA Validation

Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for construction activities.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations specific to construction projects.

Assist in the preparation of cost reports and financial analysis for management.

Coordinate with project managers and other departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.

Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Track and report on capital expenditures and project costs
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the construction or energy sector.
