Assistant Manager Finance

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to join our finance and accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, and must be capable of handling end-to-end finance operations in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Educational Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA (Semi-Qualified)
- CA with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- CA Inter with 3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations related to Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Conduct month-end closing activities and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Coordinate with Group Accounts Teams for financial consolidation
- Liaise with Auditors for statutory and internal audits
- Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports in line with group requirements
- Handle Fixed Asset Management and Asset Componentization
- Ensure compliance with applicable TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements
- Maintain strong documentation and ensure timely closure of all financial activities
- Work on ERP systems for finance and accounting operations
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian Accounting Standards
- Working knowledge of taxation and compliance (TDS, GST, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- A proactive team player with a solution-driven approach
- Prior experience working on ERP systems is preferred

Pay: ₹50,574.50 - ₹93,371.57 per month
