Assistant Manager Finance - Reporting

Location: Super Highway, Near Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi.

• Manage the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all internal and group management reports.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks and KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end costing process for both locally manufactured and imported products.
• Calculate standard costs, analyze production variances, and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform detailed cost-benefit analysis and support pricing strategies.
• Monitor inventory valuation and reconcile finished goods and raw material accounts.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement within the supply chain.
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with company policies.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members within the finance department.
