Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize Oracle or similar ERP software for efficient accounting processes.
  • Manage end-to-end accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) accounting operations (preferred).
  • Execute month-end and year-end closing activities, including provisions and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve accounting processes and efficiency.

What are we looking for in you?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle or similar accounting ERP software.
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of NBFC operations is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
