Assistant Manager HR

Job description:

  • Manage complete Human Resource department and its operations.
  • Develop strategies for the better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
  • Design strategies for recruitment and hiring need and ensure best fit on board.
  • Having good exposure of technical hiring.
  • Design and conduct orientation program for new employees, and smoothly onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth process of monthly payroll is executed.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, and handle all matter related to employee grievance in effective manners.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Report to Management and provide decision support.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
