Our client, a leading and rapidly growing company in the food manufacturing sector, is seeking a capable and people-focused Assistant Manager HR to strengthen their human capital function. Position Overview:

The Assistant Manager HR will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, payroll, compliance, and HR operations, while also driving organizational development, employee engagement, and policy improvement. The role requires someone who can balance day-to-day HR processes with a forward-looking approach to developing a strong workplace culture.

Position Details:

• Title: Assistant Manager HR
• Preferred Profile: Female (Married)
• Age Range: 30 – 40 years
• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
• Qualification: BBA / MBA in Human Resource Management
• System Expertise: Must be fully conversant with SAP S/4HANA

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end 360° employee onboarding and induction process.
• Manage payroll systems, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Lead organizational development initiatives and employee engagement.
• Ensure effective performance management systems are in place.
• Support talent acquisition, training, and succession planning.
• Handle all HR-related functions with efficiency and confidentiality.
