Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring seamless onboarding of new hires. This role requires developing and executing effective recruiting strategies to attract, identify, and hire top-tier talent across various departments. The Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with department leaders and HR colleagues to fulfill staffing needs, support organizational growth, and deliver a positive candidate and new-hire experience.
Key – Responsibilities: Individual Contributor (Recruitment & Onboarding):
Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s growth and staffing needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, team dynamics, and department goals.
- Plan and optimize recruitment campaigns to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
- Proactively identify sourcing channels and build talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs.
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and talent databases.
- Review applications, conduct initial screening, and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining communication with candidates at all stages.
- Interviewing & Selection:
- Coordinate interview scheduling and conduct interviews with candidates at various stages of the hiring process.
- Work with hiring managers to create structured interview questions and evaluation criteria.
- Guide hiring managers in assessing candidates’ fit for both the role and company culture.
- Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities, including documentation, induction planning, and coordination with relevant teams for system access.
- Ensure new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization with a positive joining experience.
- Employer Branding s Recruitment Marketing:
- Work with marketing and communications teams to develop and enhance the company’s employer brand.
- Ensure a strong online presence on job boards, career sites, and social media channels.
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking functions.
- Metrics s Reporting:
- Monitor and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate conversion rates) and present regular reports to senior leadership.
- Prepare and share regular recruitment and onboarding reports with senior leadership
- Recommend improvements to recruitment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive recruiting strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 8 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition including handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and onboarding practices.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of current talent acquisition trends, labor laws, and industry best practices
