Responsibilities for Assistant HR Manager

  • ·Manage Full - Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and on boarding new hires. .Collaborate with Managers: Work closely with department heads understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
  • . Recruitment Methods Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies Internal Hr groups and online portals to enhance the recruitment process.
  • .Ensure Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes and statuary complies with Legal regulations and organizational policies.

Soft Skills:

  • Experience in Recruitment: Proven experience in recruitment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with team members.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating job offers and terms with candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • ·Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a recruitment team effectively.

Technical skill

1.Strong knowledge in Ms- office

2.knowledge in HRMS Software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
