Qualification:
MBA (HR) or BBA (HR)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
Salary:
PKR 90,000 – 110,000 per month (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the company
-Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for employees
-Handle employee relations and grievance resolution
-Oversee performance management, appraisals, and salary increments / reviews
-Coordinate training and development programs for staff
-Contribute to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
-Manage communications and coordination with franchise applicants, evaluating their applications, and supporting the franchise onboarding process.
