Job Title: Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Department: Human Resources
Location: Onsite
Shift: Evening / Night Shift (as per business requirement)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Education: BBA / MBA (HR preferred)

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager HR is responsible for supporting and executing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The role ensures smooth HR processes aligned with company policies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring.
  • Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and orientation of new hires.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in line with company policy.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Handle attendance, leave, and shift coordination.

Performance & Development

  • Support performance appraisal processes and feedback cycles.
  • Assist in training need identification and employee development initiatives.

HR Reporting

  • Prepare HR reports related to hiring, attrition, attendance, and performance.
  • Support management with data-driven HR insights.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HRIS, and documentation
