Assistant Manager - HR

HIRING: ASSISTANT MANAGER – HR

A client of Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is hiring AM HR for its client based in Quetta City.

Location: Quetta

Industry: Retail

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

* 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.

* Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

* Good understanding of HR documentation, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

* Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.

* Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.

* Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports and candidate databases.

* Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.

* Maintain employee files, HR documentation and HRIS records with accuracy.

* Monitor attendance, leave management, and coordinate payroll inputs with Finance.

* Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance with labor laws.

* Address employee queries related to HR operations and provide day-to-day HR support.

* Assist in performance management documentation and HR process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
