1. Recruitment process including creating job descriptions, posting positions, shortlisting, interviewing, negotiating and on-boarding.
2. Assisting with performance appraisals, probationary evaluations, and confirming employee status.
3. Maintaining employee data on ERP.
4. Keeping up the payroll procedure using ERP and Excel.
5. Coordination with EOBI department.
6. Coordination with the account department for employee's pay procedure.
7. Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties.
8. Ensuring adherence to labor laws and aiding in the formulation/communication of company policies.
