Assistant Manager HR

Assistant Manager – Human Resources (HR)

Job Description :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting to onboarding)
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
  • Maintain talent pipeline and recruitment database
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process
  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing
  • Verify attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions
  • Ensure statutory deductions (Income Tax, EOBI, Social Security)
  • Maintain employee salary records and increments data
  • Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation reviews
  • Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation
  • Update HRIS and employee database
  • Issue experience letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents
  • Monitor probation and confirmation process
  • Manage leave records and attendance system
  • Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI)
  • Provincial Social Security Departments
  • Assist in handling audits and labor inspections
  • Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisal cycles
  • Track KPIs and performance evaluation records
  • Assist in increment and promotion process
  • Support performance improvement plans (PIP)
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Conduct preliminary investigations when required
  • Prepare warning letters and show-cause notices
  • Support employee engagement activities
  • Identify training needs in coordination with HODs
  • Arrange internal and external training programs
  • Maintain training records and feedback reports
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment status)
  • Track HR KPIs (turnover rate, absenteeism, hiring timeline)
  • Provide HR dashboards to management
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies
  • Ensure proper communication of policies to employees
  • Support implementation of HR SOPs
