Assistant Manager HR for Karachi

Assistant Manager HR

Location: Karachi

Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager HR to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices, systems, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end HR operations
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Work with HR software for daily operations

Requirements:

✔ Experience: 3–4 years in HR role

✔ Qualification: BS in HR or Social Sciences (Sociology, Psychology, Organizational Development) or related field

✔ Hands-on experience with HR software (SAP, Flow HCM or similar)

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently
