- Responsible for the implementation of HR Policies, Staff Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Grievances and all HR Related functions & Administrative Tasks.
- Assist and provide guidance to the HR team, in completing day to day HR functions and duties.
- Participate in the selection process and help make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Prepare and update the policies on time. Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Accurately manages HR-related records for SBP reporting and external audit.
- Prepare payroll and looks after all the payroll related matter.
- Support the performance appraisal process by collecting and analyzing performance data.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.
- Prepare HR-related reports for management as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience as on HR Generalist Role
- Qualification: BBA-MBA-HR/ MHRM
- Gender: Male
Skills:
- Strong grip on all HR functions (Performance Management System, Payroll, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Grievances handling etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS excel, MS word and HRIS
- In-depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices.
