About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Assistant Manager for Industrial Engineering to optimize our production processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs within our PPE manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing IE techniques to improve productivity, layout, and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard minute values (SMV) and improve line balancing.
• Design and optimize factory layout, workflow, and production lines for maximum efficiency.
• Develop and implement capacity plans to meet production targets and on-time delivery.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
• Introduce productivity improvement tools and techniques to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Collaborate with production, planning, and quality teams to streamline operations and reduce waste.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports for management review.
• Train production supervisors and floor staff on best practices and efficient methods.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on IE experience in garment manufacturing (PPE / workwear experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IE tools, SMV calculation, line balancing, and production planning.
