Roshan Packages Limited is looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager – Internal Audit to support and strengthen audit activities at our manufacturing facility. The role focuses on reviewing internal controls, analyzing operational workflows, and ensuring compliance across production and support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out internal audits for production, procurement, and inventory operations.
• Evaluate operational and financial controls to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks, control gaps, and compliance issues, and recommend practical corrective measures.
• Prepare well-structured audit reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations.
• Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with plant teams and head office departments to strengthen internal control frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Preferred certifications: ACCA (Part Qualified), CA Inter, CIA.
• 3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and report-writing skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, procurement cycles, and inventory management controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Preferred: ACCA (Part Qualified), CA Inter, CIA.
• 3–5 years of internal audit experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of production processes, procurement cycles, and inventory controls.
