The Asst. Manager - International Sales is responsible for driving global sales growth by developing new markets, managing international distributors, and strengthening overseas customer relationships. The role focuses on expanding the company’s perfume brands across multiple regions while ensuring profitable, compliant, and sustainable export operations.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve export revenue and volume targets.

Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, agents, and key customers across assigned international markets.

Expand market presence in regions such as GCC, Africa, Europe, CIS, and Asia.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and distribution agreements.

Analyze international market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

Manage end-to-end export sales operations including order processing, shipment schedules, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and country-specific requirements.

Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote brand visibility.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, MIS reports, and performance reviews for management.
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.

5–8 years of experience in international sales, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.

Strong knowledge of export sales processes, INCOTERMS, logistics, and documentation.

Proven ability to develop new markets and manage overseas distributors.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
