Position: Assistant Manager - IP NOC

Department: Network Operation Center (NOC)

Job Location: Lahore (onsite)

Overall Scope:

We are looking for Assistant Manager IP NOC who will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's network systems. The role includes configuring and troubleshooting network devices (Cisco, Juniper), setting up and supporting routing protocols like BGP and OSPF, and ensuring smooth day-to-day network operations. You will monitor network performance, respond quickly to outages, and help improve overall stability and efficiency. The candidate should be comfortable working with both LAN and WAN environments and be proactive in solving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing Network Monitoring tools and Management systems

· Hands on in Managing/Configuring Cisco, Juniper L2 & L3 devices.

· Configuring/managing Routing Protocols like BGP, OSPF and Switching i.e., Dot1q, Ether Channel, STP.

· Participates in existing infrastructure maintenance and upgrade.

· Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Network Routers/Switches.

· Managing CDNs across the region.

· Prompt response during outages and recommend solutions for performance issues.

· Managing/Configuring Cisco, Juniper L2 & L3 devices.

Requirements:

· 5 - 6 years of minimum experience in relevant field.

· Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, AI or Engineering.

· Must be CCNP Certified or equivalent.

· Background in ISP will be preferred.

· Strong knowledge of MPLS, BGP, OSPF, LAN, WAN.

· Should be working on different CDNs.

· Good communication skills.
