Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.
- Ensure timely service delivery and resolve operational issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor client performance, shipment volumes, and service KPIs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and account performance reviews.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer support teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure client retention and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or relevant field.
- 2–4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in courier/logistics industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
