Assistant Manager Key Accounts

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Ensure timely service delivery and resolve operational issues in coordination with internal teams.
  • Monitor client performance, shipment volumes, and service KPIs.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and account performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer support teams for smooth execution.
  • Ensure client retention and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in courier/logistics industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Good analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
