J.D for the Role of Assistant Manager (Maintenance) :-
- To have robust Preventive, predictive system in place & implementation & monitoring of the same to reduce time.
- To have a TPM system implemented through – out the plant to improve MTBF (Mean time between failures) & OEE.
- To plan & monitor all critical spares & reduction in spare consumptions.
- Improving the machine capacities & reconditioning of the equipment.
- To improves poka-yoke’s & improve machine & process reliability help in controlling defect generation & defect prevention.
- Provide support to process / project engineering in implementing new projects, improving process / machine capabilities & capacities.
- To have a TPM system implemented through – out the plant to improve MTBF (Mean time between failures) & OEE.

Education: - Diploma in Electrical/ B.tech
Experience: 8 – 12 yrs
