What you'll do
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic development of the company's multi-channel fulfillment network.
- Work with stakeholders (Logistics, Planning, Central operations) to achieve targets and adhere to all procedures and policies of the Noon Fulfillment Center.
- Oversee a wide variety of warehouse activities including inbound, stores, shipping, quality control, and maintaining inventory and associated records.
- People management responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.
- Drive creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process changes, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives to enable the Functional Area and Fulfillment to meet and exceed the Business Plan. Set and clarify requirements and expectations for Area Managers.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or supply management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field.
- Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives that help improve the organization's financial performance.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability as a passionate people-centric leader who can drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company.
- A passion for safety as a value rather than just a priority.
- Ability to manage and prioritize projects and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Analytical ability (e.g., pivot tables, LOOKUP functions) to gather and interpret data to develop, recommend and implement solutions.
- Technologically savvy, familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
