ASSISTANT MANAGER ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Job Purpose

  • This position shall be responsible for HR- Organizational Development related interventions those shall be assigned. Supporting the design, development and implementation of Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning & Development Programs for all employees, Leadership development programs, Training & Certification framework, Coaching and Mentoring, Sales and Digital Skills Development Programs, Feedback Mechanism, Annual department reviews, and other related OD tools for the organization. Responsible for Employee Engagement, designing / executing Culture Interventions or programs.

Job Responsibilities

Talent Management:

  • End to End responsible for Talent Management Programs including framework designing, talent identification, execution, their management and engagement
  • Design, execute & manage; employee skill development initiatives like Leadership Development Programs for Leadership team, Sales Force Training and Digital Talent Development programs. (Digital Areas like Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, 5G etc),Coaching and Mentoring Programs etc.
  • Succession planning of business-critical roles, includes designing the relevant framework, identification of successors, their management, executing the interventions designed for their long term development.
  • To lead on the job development of a staff skills and knowledge database in order to maximize the diverse talents of the organization, identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into talent development program plans
  • Research & Analysis on Employee Skill & Career Development and Progressions
  • Identification of Digital Knowledge Areas. Ensuring Digital-Talent-Pool is developed including Digital Trainees & Experts through specialized Development Program including their training, on the job development and informal learning interventions. Execute the Performance evaluation of DTEs

Performance Management

  • Conduct detailed performance analysis and generate comprehensive reports to support management decision-making on employee performance and development for various Talent Management Initiatives
  • Responsible to handle end to end quarterly and annual performance management process, including system readiness and timely closure of appraisals.
  • End to end responsible to handle the Performance Improvement Program for emerging talent. Design strategies to develop underperformance and recognize high performers.
  • End to end management of relevant performance related surveys including Annual Reviews, Satisfaction Survey. Continuously review and refine Performance policies to maintain relevance and effectiveness in driving a high-performance culture.
  • End to End responsible to manage the HR KPIs, Oversee the development, tracking, and monitoring of HR Key Performance Indicators to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Analyze and interpret HR data to evaluate progress, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement. Coordinate, Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports on HR KPIs to the Finance team

Other Tasks

  • Support the Learning & Development function in the execution of the organizational learning strategy by delivering trainings as per the approved Learnovate plan.
  • Strengthen the Organizational Culture and embed the core values and behaviors in true spirit in the organization ensuring employee motivation and engagement
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to continuously improve engagement initiatives. Engage with Strategy team to gather insights on employee engagement and promote cultural alignment
  • Work in cross functional teams where data/information is required for HR Process Optimization, Risk Management, and Internal Audit Observations etc.
  • Processing employee Educational assistance as per policy. Ensure all HR policies are updated and uploaded on intranet systems
  • Preparation of HR-OD Dashboard, monthly & quarterly review presentations Preparation of Internal Communications related to HR-OD Preparation of HR- Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Reports Other Projects or tasks as assigned by Line Manager

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree [preferably Business Administration / HR]

Work Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience preferably HR with a focus on Talent Management & Performance Management

  • Strong ability to facilitate meetings and workshops involving different individuals with roles and levels

Skills - Job Specific:

  • Conduct focus-group sessions, written communications, design HR related frameworks and deliver trainings
  • Technology: must know how to use Learning Management Systems-LMS, Performance Management System- PMS, and the Mobile learning apps and tools that integrate with them, as well as preparing the effective learning material
  • Incumbent also must know how to operate technology that’s used inside a workplace online/classroom setting
  • Advance Research Skills: When designing training course materials and assessing employees, skills to identify & use most relevant learning methods for employees part of Talent management programs. Plans should enhance learning outcomes & trainee engagement
  • Clear and data driven communication for influencing and directing decision making.
  • Confident communicator, Strong Project Management Skills, Strong Time Management Skills, Experience & skills; implementing company-wide projects. Skills to use Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and related tools
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as Policies, Departmental Targets, Quarterly and annual achievements w.r.t planned targets.
  • is innovative and has the ability to think out of the box and able to drive the assigned projects with minimum supervision
