Assistant Manager Pharmacy Operations

You will beresponsible for assisting the line manager in overall pharmacy operations by coordinating with SMs / Managers Pharmacies Operations on matters pertaining to Head Office functions like Procurement, Administration, Finance, HR, IT etc.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Line Manager in implementing internal, policies and procedures of the pharmacy operations.
  • Ensure that the pharmacy purchasing, receiving, inventory management and overall supply chain management systems are operating efficiently and report any anomalies to the line manager.
  • Ensure pharmacies are compliant with the regulations of Drug Regulatory Authority Pakistan (DRAP) and any other applicable law enacted by the Government of Pakistan.
  • Assist SM/Managers Pharmacy Operations teams to ensure pharmacy operations meet compliance and quality control standards.
  • Coordinate with HO Support and facilitate pharmacy teams for day to day operational issues.
  • Follow-up with pharmacies hospitals and CMA timely submission and settlement of receivables.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Minimum Graduate (Pharm - D) with Sciences background
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in the relevant field

  • Must have audit experience of retail pharmacies & also have knowledge of E-Pharmacies
  • Must have audit experience of retail pharmacies
  • Sound knowledge of local pharmacy industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs105,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
