A leading name in the textile industry, known for its innovation, quality, and craftsmanship, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated professional to join our team in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order priorities and available capacity.

Coordinate with marketing, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time completion of orders.

Allocate production loads to departments or lines according to capacity and delivery schedules.

Ensure availability of all required raw materials, trims, and accessories prior to production.

Liaise with store and purchase departments for timely material issuance and delivery.

Track daily production progress and compare actual output against planned targets.

Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution.

Maintain daily WIP (Work-In-Progress) and efficiency reports.

Prepare production summaries, performance reports, and delay analyses for management review.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in PPC, preferably within the textile or garment industry.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production tracking software.
