Assistant Manager-Procurement & Supply Chain Management (PSM)-Chakan-Pune

What we expect

• Lead complex, cross functional sourcing projects.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective use of strategic sourcing and procure-to-pay processes.
• Develop and communicate in-depth knowledge of key material market suppliers and cost infrastructure.
• Drive contract and bidding management process.
• Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update supplier scorecards and address supplier performance issues.
• Negotiate and drive component costing and ensure continuous cost reduction.
• Negotiate commercial and contract terms with suppliers.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Working experience of 8-10 years and at least 2 years in the similar or Elevator or Industry.
• Deep understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement processes and strategies.
• Ability to interact and negotiate with key suppliers and internal stakeholders on key contracts and services while negotiating in complex and ever-changing environments.
• Ability to analyze data, market trends, and supplier performance to make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
