Qualification & Experience:
Graduation in Food Science, Chemical, or Engineering.
4-6 years of experience in FMCG or mass manufacturin.g
Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of production processes, plant machinery, and manufacturing systems.

Familiarity with ISO standards, TPM, Lean tools, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement.

Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and drive efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day production operations with focus on resources, KPIs, and compliance.

Monitors production to ensure the process is executed according to the plan and the timelines provided.

Maintains product quality and administrative control on production floors by keeping strong, positive, relations with all production units.

Ensure plants safety, in coordination with safety department conduct RCAs for corrective preventive actions.

Ensure consistent delivery of quality, safety, and productivity targets.

Lead and develop production teams to build a culture of ownership and accountability.

Coordinates with Engineering department on the maintenance of machinery for optimal output.

Oversees to assure implementation of the TPM system to maintain effectiveness of equipment and machines.

Oversees to monitor plant productivity, production compliances, and wastages for updating production reports.

Monitors all production related KPI’s shift wise to compare with production targets.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support budgeting, maintenance, and improvement projects.

Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, system implementation, and process enhancement.
