Let's give you a quick sneak peek into the life of an Assistant Manager Reporting

As an Assistant Manager of Reporting, you will be responsible for the monthly management reporting and annual financial reporting of the company, as per the applicable reporting framework.


Things you will be doing as an Assistant Manager Reporting

  • Prepare Cluster and Brand Level P&Ls and analyze the variances
  • Prepare consolidated sales report on various parameters
  • Prepare CEO Report with detailed commentary on financial performance
  • Provide support in the preparation of annual financial statements along with all the relevant disclosures
  • Assist in the preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
  • Perform advanced analysis and comparison of financial results with AOP and last year's results to analyze and interpret the variances
  • Consolidate monthly financial statements of the group / clusters
  • Perform period-end account closing activities
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for finalization of the annual external audit
  • Conduct meetings with various departments for analyzing spending / allocation of expenses
  • Assist the taxation team in the computation of annual income tax expense & prepare statutory financial statements on dividend announcement
  • Participate in projects (accounting as well as business-driven) as required


What are we looking for in you?

  • Chartered Accountant / ACCA or a Bachelors degree in Finance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role and 4 years of Articleship from any Big Four Chartered Accountants’ firm
  • Critical thinking
