Assistant Manager - Sales

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Purpose::

Manage leads and execute projects within the urban development sales function. Scope includes customer communication plans as well as sales initiatives working with the sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate sales workflows, CRM systems, and the ability to deliver actionable insights to drive revenue and operational excellence

Main Accountabilities

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Generating the Weekly Sales Report, analyzing data of sales figures, collection levels, Target, Closing.
  • Monitor the appointments and follow potential customers to explain the company’s products to achieve targets.
  • Visual visits to each of our projects to check the improvements and maintain a list of properties.
  • Stays informed about current market conditions to properly guide clients.
  • Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure the terms are met.
  • Handles the necessary paperwork through CRM.
  • Ensure collections are made as per the plan and take corrective measures in case of delays.
  • Follow up with other departments such as (Finance, Government Relation & Legal ... Etc) to get all needed requirements to issue sales license for off-plan products (Wafi, REGA .. Etc).
  • Initiate the transaction of title deed transferring process.

Job Context

Operating Environment:

  • Based in Jeddah
  • Supports the sales function by executing sales strategies, managing client interactions, and overseeing documentation and reporting to achieve company sales targets

Communications & Working Relationships

  • Reports directly to Head of Sales
  • Coordinates with Finance, Government Relations, Legal, and other internal teams to fulfill sales requirements, process licenses, and complete title deed transactions
  • Employed under a one-year contract and will be renewable for a comparable period unless either party notifies

Framework, Boundaries & Decision-Making Responsibility

  • Operates under the guidance of the Head of Sales
  • Responsible for preparing sales reports, monitoring appointments, conducting property visits, reviewing contracts, and ensuring collections are made as planned
  • Holds limited decision-making authority; focuses on executing assigned sales activities, client management, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure compliance with sales processes and regulatory requirements

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, real estate, or customer relationship management, with exposure to contract review, collections, and regulatory processes

Required Languages & Computer Skills

  • Good bilingual (Arabic/English).
  • Computer literate with good MS Office skills.
