Salary budget: Max 11 LPA (Including variable)

Location : Ahmedabad

# Customer retention

# Annual contract renewal with price increase

# Collection / DSO management

# New Business Development

# Market survey, competitor analysis to understand gaps of our services

# Control cost and work within the allocated budget

# Support the service team by providing client feedback

# Excellent Customer Relationship management skills

# Proven track record of customer management and business development

# Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PPT
