Assistant Manager Sales

• Process and manage sales orders accurately in ERP/SAP and ensure timely coordination with Production.
• Maintain sales order data, prepare basic sales and recovery reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with foam customers through regular follow-ups.
• Track outstanding payments and ensure for timely payment recoveries.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Support business development by tracking customers, leads, and market requirements.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in sales operations within manufacturing (foam or chemical industry preferred)
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
