Job Title: Assistant Manager – Outbound Sales
About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Outbound Sales to support our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the sales team, handle outbound calls when required, and ensure team targets are achieved through effective leadership and communication. This role requires a mature, responsible professional who can motivate and guide a dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in daily team operations and performance monitoring.
- Support sales representatives by handling outbound calls and guiding them on effective sales techniques.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, communication standards, and sales processes.
- Monitor team productivity and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Participate in client interactions to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular reports on sales performance and share insights with management.
- Help identify training needs and contribute to skill development initiatives.
- Foster a positive, goal-driven, and ethical sales environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outbound or telesales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Age requirement: 30 years or above.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Working Hours
