Assistant Manager Segments

Job Purpose:

This role involves designing & managing end-to-end consumer product launches & campaigns, related to the Prepaid Regional Segments, Mobile Broadband, and Internet SIM. Responsible for execution of the regional voice & data segment strategy including but not limited to product portfolio enrichment, subscriber base management, and revenue maximization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in the development of regional voice and data segment strategy
  • Support in the development of Mobile Broadband, Data SIM, and strategy
  • Develop dashboards to monitor internal and external KPIs with a keen eye on changing trends
  • Identify gaps in the portfolio, propose changes, and execute proposals
  • Generate new ideas for revenue maximization and subscriber engagement
  • Ability to understand problem statements, find analytical answers, and present solutions
  • Connect and build a strong relationship with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence


Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • In principle to have a minimum bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration

Work Experience:

  • Should have preferably 3 years of relevant experience.
