The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, Supply Chain & R&D to manage and optimize our supply chain processes and support research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in supply chain management, import-export processes, and R&D functions, particularly within the agri-products or industrial raw materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new agricultural commodities for export markets.
• Identify and introduce new agri-commodity products for export.
• Manage end-to-end import and export operations of agri commodities
• Handle complete trade documentation (LC, contract, BL, invoice, packing list, Form-E, GD, etc.).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, clearing agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain strong relationships with international and local suppliers.
• Support pricing, costing, and trade margin calculations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or agronomy.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in import & export operations.
• Mandatory experience in agricultural commodities trading & Export.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salary: Based on experience

Work Timing: Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM Saturday: 10 AM - 4 PM
