About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Warehouse Pharmacist to manage and optimize the storage, handling, and distribution of pharmaceutical products at our warehouse facility. The successful candidate will lead warehouse operations, ensure full compliance with GMP standards, and streamline supply chain processes to support business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical stock.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and ensure complete and accurate documentation.
- Monitor storage conditions to maintain product quality and integrity.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, DRAP regulations, and company SOPs.
- Implement and oversee FEFO/FIFO systems, batch segregation, and proper stock labeling.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality assurance teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Education: Pharm-D from a recognized institution (mandatory).
- Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience in warehouse or supply chain roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines, DRAP regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in inventory/warehouse management systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
