Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign management, digital marketing, brand building, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies (digital, ATL, BTL, PR).
• Support brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Coordinate with creative, media, digital, and PR agencies to execute campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage content creation for social media, websites, and offline marketing collaterals.
• Track KPIs and ROI for campaigns using analytics tools; generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing activities.
• Assist in budget planning, vendor coordination, and timely invoice processing.
• Maintain marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing or brand management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
