We are hiring a responsible and proactive Assistant Officer Administration to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily administrative operations and office maintenance.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping (manual and digital).
  • Support in procurement of office supplies and coordination with vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to provide administrative support.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and activities.
  • Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures within the office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA or B.Com.
  • 1 year of experience in administration or a similar role (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Office Location

Gulberg III near Firdous Market, Lahore.

Duty Hours: Afternoon shift till midnight

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 per month
