Assistant Operations Manager

Khanna, India

  • Patient Care Management: Overall responsibility for managing patients arriving at the hospital, ensuring seamless care and support.
  • Preparation and monitoring of OPD rosters.
  • Meeting with OPD patients and collecting feedback for service improvement.
  • Verification of patient files and doctors’ prescriptions.
  • Coordination with consultants and other departments (Laboratory, Nursing, CSSD, Radiology, etc.) to enhance patient care services.
  • Liaising with consultants regarding OPD to IPD conversions.
  • Medical Records & Compliance: Maintenance of medical records and submission of statutory/monthly returns as per regulatory requirements.
  • Supervising RMOs, nursing staff, and paramedical teams.
  • Conducting staff training programs to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Allocating duties and assigning posts based on operational needs.
  • Conducting regular rounds of wards and premises to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Visiting patients along with the nursing supervisor to collect direct feedback.
  • Inter-department coordination for resolving operational issues.
  • Monitoring linen management and maintaining stock control.
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control.
  • Overseeing proper disposal of domestic and medical waste.
  • Supervising horticulture and maintaining hospital premises.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.36 per month
