Assistant Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager professional with strong knowledge of UAE government services including Free Zone authorities, DED (Dubai Economic Department), RTA, Municipality , GDRFA (Immigration), and MOHRE (Labor). The ideal candidate will support smooth processing of all company and client operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle company and client transactions across Free Zone and Mainland entities
• Process license renewals, new trade licenses, modifications, and approvals (DED & Free Zones)
• Manage RTA services
• Process municipality services such as tenancy contracts and approvals
• Handle Chamber of Commerce certificates and related documentation
• Support visa processing and immigration activities on GDRFA systems
• Manage labor contracts, work permits, and MOHRE-related applications
• Coordinate with clients to collect documents and ensure accuracy before submission
• Follow up with government departments and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Maintain organized records and prepare operational reports

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in government services operations within UAE
• Strong knowledge of platforms: Free Zones (DMCC, DAFZA, Meydan, IFZA, etc.), DED, RTA, Dubai Municipality, GDRFA, MOHRE
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and government online systems
