Assistant Operations Manager Plant

Our company is the sister firm of IZHAR construction company Pvt Ltd. Accurate Pvt, Ltd (Digital Meters Manufacturing firm) is seeking a full-time on-site Assistant Operations Plant Manager to join our team at Sundar Estates (Accurate Factory) have experience to work with Digital Meters Manufacturing Companies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meet production targets.
• Ensure production with quality.
• Co-work and train workers.
• Handle housekeeping/cleaning of the shop.
• Recruit new workers.
• Maintain minimum stock levels.
• Coordinate with procurement staff.
• Maintain machinery, equipment, and tools used in production.
• Coordinate with MI staff for routine inspection / cot inspection.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth production.
• Maintain a healthy environment.
• Ensure worker performance of duties with quality.
• Improve productivity.

Qualification: BSc Electrical Engineering

Total Experience: 10 to 12 Years
