Assistant Operations Manager Sales

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Operations Manager – Sales to support the sales operations and drive efficiency in the sales process. This role involves assisting the Sales Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring sales activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting the sales team to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring sales operations strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and dashboards to track performance metrics.
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions to enhance sales operations and customer experience.
• Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline management.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Help organise training sessions and development programs for sales staff.
• Address operational issues and provide timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of sales performance metrics, pipeline management, and operational analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or assistant managerial roles.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
