Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated _ Assistant Production Manager _to support the planning and execution of media and production projects. This role involves working closely with senior managers and creative teams to ensure smooth project delivery from concept to completion. It’s an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to grow within media and production.

Note: Only candidates with a media-related background will be considered, as the role involves hands-on work in content creation and production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing creative concepts, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support senior managers with pre-production planning and pitches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors throughout all production phases.
  • Track project progress, address issues, and maintain documentation.
  • Ensure clear communication across teams and with clients.
  • Provide regular updates to the senior project manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Media Studies or a related field (required).
  • Understanding of media and film production workflows.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with tools like Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Skilled in writing and developing pitch decks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
