The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) plays a crucial role in directly supporting the Coverage Bankers in originating new business opportunities within Corporate and Investment Banking. This role involves a joint accountability for client revenue and profitability, working collaboratively to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ARM is involved in a range of activities including client research, preparation of client pitches, and detailed analysis, ensuring that every engagement maximises value for both the client and the bank.
