Elahi Group is hiring an Assistant Manager – Rentals to oversee property leasing operations, tenant management, and rental agreements with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Support rental operations for residential and commercial units.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, follow-ups, and complaints courteously.
  • Prepare and process lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
  • Maintain updated tenant records, rent schedules, and occupancy data.
  • Coordinate with accounts for rent collection and deposit tracking.
  • Ensure timely maintenance coordination and property readiness.
  • Prepare basic reports on rent status, vacancies, and collections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in rentals, property, or real estate operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of rental procedures and documentation.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Excel).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
